Promised full redund, after I rejected the car, for serious faults. however deducted £200 for "expenses". I am a female, trained auto engineer and car enthusiast. The staff were patronising, and demeaned my opinions.

I bought a BMW from is dealer and am very happy with the car the owner he is a gentleman he takes time with the customer and listen to the customers l will recommend my family and friends in future you need a car to visit his garage or give him a a call he responded very quickly

I recently purchased a lovely car from Heathrow General Cars ltd ..as I live on the Isle of Wight I was not able to view it but discussed it with Taz who answered all my questions honestly and who could not have been more helpful ...he arranged for it to be delivered there for me and it arrived looking fab and on time ...there was a slight problem but Taz and Alex were both really helpful and resolved it for me immediately ... I can thoroughly recommend buying a car from them and I am delighted with my new car

Saw a car I'd like and went to go see it, staff was great, very helpful and polite. Unfortunately I couldn't carry own with the deal and was refunded my deposit! No hard feelings and would highly recommend them👍👍

Recently purchased a car and I could not be happier with the service I received from when I walked through the door, no pressure to go through with the deal. They talk you through everything from trading your old car to buying your new one and setting up everything before you drive away. Taz was very helpful and friendly,I’ll definitely upgrading my car from them again, or any of my friends or family would highly recommend them.

I’d been thinking of getting a newer car for some time and after have a browse through online, we came across Heathrow general cars LTD. Found a lovely looking Audi on Friday morning. We arranged to view the car with Taz and honestly, it was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. My husband and dad could not find one thing wrong with this car. It was immaculate! I actual loved the car. Taz was a genuine easy to talk to guy and was happy to answer any questions. I don’t buy a car if I don’t like the seller and he genuinely was as enthusiastic as I was about the car and it being perfect for me. Not pushy at all. From start to finish, an absolute pleasure. I would definitely recommend this dealers, and Taz to any of my friends! Thank you for a fast, honest and efficient service! Beth and Joe the new car 😁

'll start by saying they are very nice when you are buying the vehicle. The aftercare is another story, I bought a peugeot expert 17 plate. The first mistake i made was not getting a mechanic to look it over before i bought it (i know nothing about vans). I had my mechanic look at it a few days after i bought it feeling abit weird on the way back from buying it (in the mean time it stayed on the drive , it was the weekend) He found several issues with it saying it WOULD NOT pass an MOT in this state (so this recent mot certificate is very questionable) problems involving a dent IN the wheel (it isnt a big one, its driveable but it needs replacing), the brakes are worn right down and there was a bit not securely fitted in one of the wheel arch meaning they make a horrible metallic noise every so often (which you can only hear with the window open) along with a few other things. on top of this, there was trim missing which straight away they had assured me was going to be sent to me as soon as they get it. i waited almost a month (despite it apparently being delivered later in the day i picked it up on) and i finally got it and guess what ! its the wrong size ! Leaving the van looking abit messy ... and justy to clarify it was not a cheap van ! if it was id expect all these problems Michael T P.s to top this of, I had to repost this review as my previous has been deleted !

A great experience and a pleasure dealing with Taz, very kind, polite and helpful. Very helpful staff and car was exactly as described. I was pleased with the standard of customer service we received from Taz, he took care of everything in a timely manor and presented the car in a fantastic condition.
