Brilliant staff. I purchased a Citroën c3 today. There was an issue with the blower. It was late in the day an I didn't want to leave the car as I would have had to arrange travel again to pick it up.Staff stayed behind two hours after closing time to sort the issue out.Issue was resolved and I was safely on my way. These are good people and they deserve custom and success.

Promised full redund, after I rejected the car, for serious faults. however deducted £200 for "expenses". I am a female, trained auto engineer and car enthusiast. The staff were patronising, and demeaned my opinions.
